Reporting
It may be our software, but it is your data! We have kept the concept and
philosophy of reporting and exporting data quite simple. All data entered into
the ProviderPro must be reportable and exportable in industry-standard formats.
Reporting starts with the thousands of standard report variations contained
within the software. Not only will you get basic reports like employee listings,
receivables aging, payroll reports and so forth, but you will also get I/DD-specific
reports designed to maximize individual contracted services, detail client activity,
and report agency information to the appropriate funding source. No other software
vendor provides the level and type of I/DD reports that we do...straight out of
the box.
Export Technology
All standard reports have menu options allowing for the ultimate in
export options. Preview any report incorporated within our software on
screen. From the preview, click both the “Ctrl” and “E” keys together and
get a new window that appears asking
you which file format you would like to export the report data to. It’s that
easy!
At this point the options are endless for data manipulation and
presentation. Export data into Excel to manage your critical business data.
Create mail merge lists from all of your addresses. Share reports via email
and publish them to the Internet using Adobe® Acrobat Reader™!
