Solana specializes in developing software
solutions and related services for agencies serving people with
developmental disabilities. Our fully integrated, enterprise software suite,
ProviderPro®, offers I/DD providers solutions for isolated problems or a
full suite of software products designed to facilitate nearly every
financial, client and employee management function required to operate a successful
agency.
Strength Through Relationships

developed and matured. From basic accounting programs to an
industry-specific solution, Solana's history is full of relationships with
professionals who are recognized within the I/DD industry for their level
of expertise in serving people with developmental disabilities. Through

for agencies serving people with intellectual and other developmental
disabilities has developed.
Singular Industry Focus
Solana does not desire to be the largest software vendor serving multiple
industries, in multiple markets. Instead, we believe that our customers can
best be served by our strengths in software design, training, and support
specific to the I/DD industry. Not only are we familiar with our software,
but we also have an excellent working knowledge of the I/DD industry as a
whole, from ever changing government regulations to daily functions at the
provider level.
This singular focus of the I/DD industry has allowed customer needs to
be met in ways other software companies cannot. Solana provides more than
software. We offer a plan for efficiency and a commitment to a long-term
partnership. Each purchase includes consulting and training services in
order for the user(s) to adapt their accounting processes and procedures to
maximize the efficiencies of the software. The outlook for the future is
bright as enhancements to the software take place to meet the needs of our
customers and enter additional states across the U.S. as we now serve over
130 providers in 23 states.
Leadership
Doug
Nafziger, Chief Executive Officer, brings substantial financial and
management experience to Solana. His efforts are focused on working with
our team to deliver innovative solutions that improve our customers'

Sowle, has an extensive background in the field of ID/DD. As a direct support
professional, serving clients for many years with Sunshine, Carey brings a wealth
of knowledge to Solana.
Lynn Miller, Chief Software Development Officer, originally developed the software that
has now evolved into ProviderPro. His dedication to continuous improvement
is contagious throughout the office.
