Integrates with Payroll Module
Human Resources expands the documentation and reporting characteristics of
our Payroll module. Administrators control the level of viewable data
between the Payroll and Human Resource modules via System Manager security.
Whether you feel payroll is a function of human resources or each is a
separate entity, the flexibility is incorporated into each module to make
them work for you.
One Database For Employee Data
Rapidly view, add, and edit employee facts. One easy-to-use window serves as
the point of entry to a multitude of employee and agency data. Employee data
includes contact information, job titles, COBRA, training, in-services,
disciplinary and termination, evaluations, EEO, driver’s license, and
insurance. The system also notes I/DD specific issues (TB test, CPR, Chest
X-Ray, etc.), company property, organizational structure, unlimited
user-defined fields (to record and report on your criteria), plus much more.
Human Resources also allows for an unlimited number of employees and
history.
Robust Reporting Features
Common reports are incorporated into the module with agency-specific reports
available via the report writer! Save reports in standard file formats for
use in Microsoft Office and other software applications! Create an unlimited
number of custom, user-defined reports with the PDF report writer!
Edit History
This module actively tracks changes to the most commonly edited employee
items. Edit date, user who changed the value, old value, and new value are
just some of the items logged.
Performance Tracking
The system lets you stay on top of evaluations, disciplinary actions, and
terminations. Recognize and reward your organization’s star employees
through accurate data detailing.
