Solana offers “hands on your data” training on the Integrated Software Series. Portions of your existing data can be converted prior to the start of training as an important tool to promote learning. Imagine the comfort level that students will feel learning in a hands-on environment with familiar data such as your chart of accounts, vendor list, and client billing information. No “one size fits all” training here!Our training is geared towards ID/DD providers and their employees. Your staff will never participate in generic training with people from construction, manufacturing, or other industries.

Solana uses a unique Internet-based distance training methodology that eliminates costly travel for your staff and time out of the office. Conventional training classes at training facilities require inconvenient travel time and costs that can be greater than the actual training cost itself. Instructor-led, hands on, distance learning has proven itself to be more effective and cost efficient than classroom based training methods.

We train with a staged approach using data relevant to your agency such as your actual clients, employees, accounts, and company specific setup. The various stages of training mimic the actual accounting processes and normally occur in conjunction with your daily procedures. Our trainers will work one-on-one with your staff to review software configuration, software operation, and managerial reporting. All in all, the length of the training process hinges on what module(s) you purchase and is delivered in various small hourly sessions. Your staff actually is using the software with careful scrutiny by our Certified Support Specialists during the training process.
