From the preview, click both the “Ctrl” and “E” keys together and get a new window (see graphic to left of this paragraph) that appears asking you which file format you would like to export the report data to. It’s that easy! At this point the options are endless for data manipulation and presentation. Export data into Excel to manage your critical business data. Create mail merge lists from all of your addresses. Share reports via email and publish them to the Internet using Acrobat Reader!
