System Manager
The System Manager module is the foundation for all other Integrated Software Series^© modules.  It handles system-wide tasks including user setup, user/group rights, module administration, databases, and servers.

Security That Accommodates Your Situation
Administrators can easily assign security rights by group (department, job responsibility, etc,) or user in relation to individual modules. Add, edit or view only rights can be set-up at the module, tab (Payroll and Client Information modules only) and menu level. In addition, if you have the Client Information module, you can set security so that users can only view certain clients.

True Multi-User Software
The software is designed to run in a networked, multi-user environment. Each user has a unique user name and password for advanced security and tracking functions. Users can administrate their own password changes.

Group Rights Simply Set Up
Permissions can be set by user or group. Simplify setup by using groups. This feature saves a tremendous amount of time when adding new users. Group rights allow administrators to assign permissions to static groups. Groups are user-defined and could include department or job function. Users are then placed into groups. Administer rights via groups instead of entering rights for every user!
