Employee Requirements (ER)
The Employee Requirements module is the next
evolution for the human resources (HR) department. Slash the time it takes
your HR department to track the requirements of employment and eliminate the
need to manually track your employees. This module leverages the best in
integration concepts to save your agency time, keep you in compliance with
mandates, and assist you in managing employees efficiently and effectively.
Employee Requirements works as a stand-alone module or in conjunction
with Human Resources and/or Payroll modules. The Employee Requirements
module is of the utmost importance in order to avoid legislatively imposed
penalties for agencies that fail to train or otherwise manage requirements
in an appropriate manner.
The benefits of the Employee Requirements module are three fold:
- The system knows your “benchmarks” or requirements for employment at
your agency (background checks, eligibility dates, training
requirements, etc.)
- By simply assigning an employee’s job title and/or work group in
Payroll or Human Resources, the benchmark is applied individually to
each employee based upon his/her job(s) performed and/or area worked.
- Reports and notification of individual status and requirements
coming due are handled in an automated system using reports, form
letters, system-generated email notifications and self-service via the
Internet.
