Behavior Planning
Successful behavior management is enough to provoke the behavior planner
to be self-injurious or destructive! Let Behavior Planning, a part of the
ProviderPro’s Client Information module, ease the task of creating,
communicating, documenting, and trending behaviors and the associated plans.
Do you wish you had trends and patterns of client behaviors at a click of
a button? Looking for a best practice database of agency specific behavior
plans that eliminate the need to use paper, word processing, or spreadsheet
systems? Solana is proud to present the Behavior Planning feature set for
Client Information!
Integrates with ProviderPro’s other
Client Management Suite
modules
Behavior Planning is a feature set of Client Information. This integrates
core demographics with Behavior Planning to eliminate double data entry
between the two systems.
Build a Library of Successful Plans for the Future
Behavior Planning lets you create electronic behavior programs in a
flash, taking advantage of successful plans from the past without doing
extra work over and over to recreate those plans for the same or similar
client needs.
Records Results
Behavior Planning records the results of plan delivery by direct support
to electronically assess and store the success of the plan in order to make
decisions for the future. This includes monthly, quarterly, and annual
assessments and recommendations. No more struggling with turnover to figure
out where the last planner left off!
Save Resources and Money with Electronic Communication
No more asking for copies or organizing massive amounts of paper reports
in order to distribute and implement plans. This includes progress notes to
those in the field as well! Behavior Planning can electronically distribute
plans via email or file sharing including associated assessments to the
appropriate people for implementation and review in an automated fashion.
