MRDD Solutions is the creator and exclusive marketer of the Integrated Software Series©. Development and enhancement of the software is a result of a collaborative approach with multiple MR/DD providers. These providers experienced many of the same issues that make agencies operate inefficiently and experience low or negative profit margins. The core accounting modules were programmed in 1992 and a significant customer base evolved. In 1995, with the addition of one of Ohio’s largest and most respected non-profit MR/DD providers as a customer (Sunshine Inc. of Northwest Ohio), MR/DD specific modules such as Client Billing, Client Banking, and Client Information were developed. Impressive increases in efficiency occurred through the integration of core accounting processes with the tasks handled by the MR/DD modules, thus the birth of the Integrated Software Series©.
Singular Industry Focus
MRDD Solutions does not desire to be the largest software vendor serving multiple industries, in multiple markets. Instead, we believe that our customers can best be served by our strengths in software design, training, and support specific to the MR/DD industry. Not only are we familiar with our software, but also have an excellent working knowledge of the MR/DD industry as a whole, from ever changing government regulations to daily functions at the provider level.
This singular focus of the MR/DD industry has allowed customer needs to be met in ways other software companies cannot. MRDD Solutions provides more than software. We offer a plan for efficiency and a commitment to a long-term partnership. Each purchase includes consulting and training services in order for the user(s) to adapt their accounting processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the software. The outlook for the future is bright as enhancements to the software take place to meet the needs of our customers and enter additional states across the U.S. as we now serve over 80 providers in 19 states.
